- Free findings scan. I review your public website and posted documents and send a short letter: what fails, how badly, and a fixed-price quote. No obligation.
- Fixed quote, small paperwork. Most first projects are priced under local small-purchase thresholds — a signed quote and a W-9, and we start.
- Delivery you can file. Every project closes with the finished work, the validation reports, and a one-page conformance statement for your records.
About
Robinson Records & Accessibility is an Iowa sole proprietorship owned and operated by Brandon Robinson of Kellogg, Jasper County. Brandon's background is historical-records research — years of work reading, transcribing, and verifying nineteenth-century documents, including training machine handwriting-recognition models on probate records. Accessibility work is the same discipline pointed at a modern problem: documents that every resident can actually use, verified line by line rather than assumed.
The practice is intentionally small: the owner reviews every deliverable, and no work is outsourced overseas.
